hello! i'm RACHEL HE, an illustrator and tattoo artist based in toronto. i love creating mixed-media illustrations and working with fun shapes, colours, and textures. i draw inspiration from everyday life - candy wrappers, album covers, magazines, and even furniture! apart from spending my days drawing, i specialize in tattooing and designing permanent skin stickers ;-)
